Enrolment for our course is not confirmed until payment in full has been received. This means cleared payment to our account. We the company reserve the right to decline bookings without further explanation.
Cancellation by the customer/attendee
Should you wish to cancel a course date and receive a full refund, you will need to give us the company written notification of this no less than 21 days prior to course commencement date.
Cancellation refunds will be:
| 21-15 days | 50% of course fee |
| 14-7 days | 25% of course fee |
| Less than 7 days | 0% of course fee |
All cancellations must be received in writing this will include emails.
Should you need to change a course Date the following charges will apply?
| 21-15 days | £25.00 |
| 14-7 days | £45.00 |
Cancellations by us the company
As we require specific numbers for successful completion of group exercises and role plays etc. We also require specific number of attendees in order for Attendees to gain maximum benefits on the course. We reserve the right to vary or cancel any coursers should this become necessary.

It is the attendee’s responsibility to keep us the company informed of your personal data and advise us of any changes to address etc.
