Q: What age can you attend from?
A: From 17 years upwards. If you are close to 17 please contact us prior to booking.
Q: Will it make it easier to get a job as cabin crew by completing this course?
A: Yes. Not only will it show the airline that you are dedicated and serious about your job, but it will give you all the inside tips and info you need to succeed. You are more likely to pass the selection process with our help and coaching.
Q: How do I know that the course is up to date?
A: Our own staff are currently recruiting and attending airline interviews to keep up to date with any new techniques. Updates are continually carried out in line with any changes.
Q: Do I have any contact with course tutors after attending the course?
A: Yes. Unlike any other course, you will be given a pass-code to keep in touch with your tutor, should you need to ask anything. We will continue to work with you towards securing a job as cabin crew. We enjoy hearing the success stories of previous attendees.
Q: Am I given any revision material?
A: Yes. You are supplied with plenty of revision material to keep you busy!
Q: I am nervous about attending the course. Is it relaxed?
A: Do not worry. Our course tutors are warm and friendly. They have had many years' experience dealing with people in your situation. You will build a strong relationship with them over the duration of the course. They are looking forward to meeting you and they understand how nervous you may be. They were in your position once and they are looking forward to helping you to achieve your goal.
Q: If I want to bring existing application forms with me is that OK?
A: Yes. We welcome any applications you have. We can run through any questions regarding these.
Q: Is the beauty therapist qualified?
A: Yes. Any beauty advice will be given via a fully qualified therapist. They will give demos on skin, hair and nail techniques for interview. This is a really fun section and you will even get some free samples!
Q: What do I wear to attend the course?
A: It would be advantageous to come dressed as though you were attending a cabin crew interview. It will give us chance to see what you would wear for official interview. We would recommend smart dress.
Q: How many people will be on the course?
A: We will have a maximum of 35 people, although you will be split into smaller working groups and have an opportunity to be one on one with your tutor.
Q: Will I receive a certificate?
A: Yes. You will be provided with a personal report and a completion of course certificate.
