One-Day Cabin Crew Recruitment Course
COURSE OVERVIEW

The day will include :

Refreshments throughout

Beauty therapist demonstration, including skin, hair and nails. Free samples will be given.
You will be given a personal report with a certificate of completion

Introduction

The group will meet and be introduced in a friendly atmosphere. The staff will give a small presentation detailing their experience. Questions are welcome.

You will then be split into working groups.

What will the course cover?

The application form: Around 95% of applicants fail at this stage. We will cover all areas of the application form process, detailing exactly what those questions are looking for. We will give up to date examples of current questions you are likely to come across. We will spend time working through these giving you vital inside tips to answer them successfully. Note: existing applications are welcome.

The assessment day: We will give you a chance to see exactly what the cabin crew interview / selection process will involve. We will outline all areas of the day. We will concentrate on all areas throughout your time with us.

Presentation: You will be given examples on exactly how to present yourself at the recruitment day. This is a very important stage and we will work through it in detail.

What to wear
Creating a good impression
Presentation, skin, hair, and nails
You will work with our specialist hair and beauty expert and be given practical advice and practice creating different styles.

Team assessments: These form an integral part of the cabin crew interview and can be daunting. First we will explain the process in detail, explaining why and what the airlines are looking for when they perform these assessments. We will then be split into small teams with an advisor and work through what the recruitment specialists are looking for during these exercises. This stage is vital and we will spend time detailing these. You will have the chance to perform the tasks in a group situation and be able to ask questions throughout. We will train you how to be a success at these. Be aware that this is an invaluable experience that you can only get through our course. We want you to make your mistakes with us and not at your official interview.

The Interview: Remember you will only have one chance to make a first impression and it is very important to get that right first time. You will be very nervous but the job you’re applying for will require confidence and the ability to remain calm under pressure. We will ensure that you make a good first impression and work with you to help you gain your confidence. We will give you tips and advice from inside the industry on exactly how to answer the questions you will be asked. You will be provided with written examples of questions and answers.

Tips and advice from inside the cabin crew industry: We will run through all the inside information you need to succeed. The very best tips and advice given to be successful at the cabin crew interview.

Dealing with complaints: We will touch on this because you will be asked about it. Working with us you will be shown how to react and answer this section correctly.

Maths and English revision and testing: You will be given example testing material and be shown how to ‘brush up’ on your literacy skills. You will work with a tutor and questions will be welcomed. You will also be provided with revision material.

Psychometric Testing: You will get examples and an outline to these tests and what they look for. You will get the chance to practice and be given examples and scoring sheets.

Airline specifics: We will give you vital information specific to each airline, which will help you reach your goal. The tips will include inside information for specific airlines and their approach to recruitment, as well as general information on each airline.

Questions & Answers: Your chance to ask our highly trained staff anything you wish.

Personal Advice: In the final section at the end of the course, you will be given an account of your day. Our highly trained staff will have monitored your progress throughout the day and will highlight your strengths and any areas of weakness, providing you with the solution for success. This will be your chance to be totally one on one with your tutors. Note: this is unique to our course
Our tutors will compile a personal report based on your performance throughout the course. This will be sent to you along with your course completion certificate.
